Print your own scrapbook supplies.  These are patterned frames.  Round frames with three roses.  Good for scrapbooks.  Cutout the printed frame then trim your photo just a touch smaller than the outside of your printed frame.  Attach the photo to your page, then attach the frame over the picture.  As if I had to tell you ...
